We all know that the police will make a return in the next NFS game, including Rhino SUVs.
Now I think it would be great if the police would get a police helicopter again at the higher heat levels. Ghost games can pull this off, they already did with Rivals. I regularly see people asking about the police heli so it's definitely an important part in police chases.
I don't know what 'style' of NFS the next one is going to be, but if it's going to be similar to the last NFS game, then the heli should be used exclusively to keep track of the player and shine a spotlight at them during nighttime.

8) More Precise Handling (Drifting is fine, but shouldn't be mandatory to be competitive.)
9) More Diverse Game Modes/Events/Restrictions
10) Track Editor
Runner Up is definitely the Photo Mode. I ended up getting the game on Xbox One because I didn't want to wait for the PC version to release. It's way too much of a pain to get your photos out to the world from the console versions. The Xbox Version is arguably the most difficult at that. It should be easier to share our Snapshots.
1- "Quick Race" option like in older games which allowed you to own and upgrade the cars you unlocked in story mode for free with an unlimited garage space, and use them against ai or in a splitscreen race with friends and family at home.
2- Not online only
3- Better story mode and cutscenes
4- More intense police pursuits
5- Larger car list
6- Different weather, and daytime and night time
7- Larger map with more jumps and wider roads
8- More variety in race events (sprint, circuit, knockout, time trial, drift, drag, etc...)
9- More extended Customization
10- Reduced drifting, and better handling/steering of vehicles
When the crew was announced way back 2014, I lost interest in it because of the always online gameplay. The thing is that, what is the point of making a game where the player doesn't have the freedom to play his own game offline? We buy the game, its our game and give us the right to make it playable offline. I know that EA already have tons of profit even if the game is only playable online. But I assure that the sale of the game will get higher if they make it playable offline. There are lots of people (including me) who doesn't have a stable connection and wants to play street racing games so badly. But EA doesn't listen to their players. They only want to get profit from us and that's it.
1: Handling (No more Criterion Drifting, allow the car to spin mid-air, less assisted steering, etc.)
2: Better, more difficult pursuits (Less performance based and more strategy based, along with more cop cars)
3: More strategic race AI
4: More endgame story difficulty
5. More seamless map (Don't separate the map into 5 islands)
6. Risky shortcuts
7. Race Editor
8. More interesting / challenging / varied progression system
9. Singleplayer pause button
10. Offline Singleplayer mode
I find it really annoying, when I'm in a race, out of nowhere came across a car collision, "their is always crash scenes" delaying my interest of the game, and how did I went from 1st to last in 10 second, the racers was 20 sec away from me......
